Hi I'm Kirstan Shelley,
I'm so glad you are here!
I'm a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience. The frustrations with our health care has led me to a new chapter in my career--as a Health and Wellness Coach.
I am committed to empowering you through lifestyle medicine and a holistic approach to health and healing.
I have realized that true healing goes beyond prescriptions -- it starts with education, mindset, and sustainable lifestyle changes. In my work as a wellness coach, I blend clinical expertise with lifestyle interventions to guide you toward long-term wellness.
Meaningful health support begins with understanding that everyone defines wellness differently. What feels like balance and vitality to one person may look different to another. I honor your unique starting point. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to health. My role is to listen deeply, offer compassionate guidance, and walk alongside you as you define and pursue your version of health and wholeness.

"I have rheumatoid arthritis (RA), am overweight and smoke. I started working with Kirstan while having to switch my RA medicine and being diagnosed with heart failure.
The diagnosis of heart failure was scary, Kirstan helped me form questions for the
doctors and was able to take what the doctor’s said and help explain it further in terms I understood. She eased my fear of some of the tests that had to be performed and how they would be performed.
Kirstan showed me how to make lifestyle changes, with just baby steps. She was a

scare to work with Kirstan. I am still a work in progress, but she has taught me that small changes have a big impact. I have reduced my smoking from a pack a day to that pack now lasting 3-4 days. I have lost over 40 pounds, and I am doing some form of exercise daily.

"Before I began working with Kirstan, I was at a point where I knew I wanted to make some life changes. I was at a weight I was uncomfortable with and had lacked lots of confidence. I wanted to change both my physical body but also the way I thought. I wanted to become more positive and just needed guidance on how to achieve all of this.
